Work is charged at £20 per hour Hourly rate relates to professional services and includes time spent on the task and liaison with client. Any additional costs incurred, such as stationery, postage and travel will be charged at cost price. A minimum charge of 1 hour will apply, additional time charged by the minute.
Cost savings to clients: £ No office rent £ No utility bills £ No equipment purchase/upkeep
All work completed is invoiced on a monthly basis, in arrears.
Monthly retainer packages are available for clients wishing to purchase a guaranteed number of hours per month dedicated to their business, additional time will be charged at the normal hourly rate: b 10 hours per month = £ 195 b 20 hours per month = £ 380 b 30 hours per month = £ 550
Terms Clients will be sent a Client Contract and Confidentiality agreement which must be signed and returned prior to commencement of any work. The contract will cover: b Security b Payment terms b Termination
MCD Virtual Office reserves the right to refuse any work which may be deemed to be inappropriate, immoral or illegal and can terminate a contract at any time
